Returns & Exchanges

For help returning or exchanging items follow the simple steps below.

The items must be unused, sealed and in the same condition that it was shipped to you. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice or the invoice number.

You must return the product within 30 days of receiving it. Along with the manufactures packaging the product must be shipped with protective packaging either purchased by you or the shipping box we shipped the item in originally to you. *For purchases made between Black Friday and Christmas the return/exchange policy is extended until January 30th the following year.

*Items returned 31-60 days from the date of delivery will have a 25% restocking fee applied (25% of cost of the item(s) returned).

*Items returned after 60 days from the date of delivery will have a 40% restocking fee applied (40% of cost of the item(s) returned).

If exchanging a product or products you are responsible for all shipping charges that occur even on Free Shipping items.

If you were not authorized by Spa & Pool Specialists, LLC  to decline a package containing the exact items you ordered, charges for the delivery and return of the product back to us will occur.

Spa & Pool Specialists, LLC  has the right to charge the customer for the merchandise and shipping of any product not returned in its original packaging. We also have the right to send the product back to the customer.

Sorry, no returns on discontinued, listed chemicals or closeout items.

If your return was not our error we will subtract the cost of shipping from your return.

Spa & Pool Specialists, LLC  will pay the replacement shipping costs if the error was ours.

Any item(s) returned in the original manufactured box with no protective packaging by the customer is subject to be returned to the customer without a refund. We can not resell any manufactures box that has been taped, written on or has a shipping label attached to it.

Only after the merchandise has been received, inspected and decided that it is in satisfactory condition will any credit card sales be returned or products exchanged. After the receipt of satisfactory merchandise Spa & Pool Specialists, LLC  will gladly credit your account or exchange your product.
